Pre-press Department

Offset Emanuel has a modern pre-press department that is operated by an experienced team of employees.
Clients have 5 active work stations for receiving files, impositioning, file closing and computer work according to job requirements.

Iris color proof production at 1/4 sheet size (large), an HP color proofing system for client approval before plate production.
Lotem Quantum CTP system from Kodak. The newest in Israel for producing plates directly from the computer at highest speed and quality.

A central computer network that enables receiving files in varied ways for clients' convenience: magnetic media (disks, removable disk etc.), email and an ftp server.

The plant is fully computerized and the network has a rate of Mbps10/100/1000. Color data passes through the network using CIP3 technology from the pre-press department to the printing machines resulting in optimal print quality.
